Recent Event
Community Engagement Event
A fun night for learning more about the ViTAL team. Occurred on April 15th but feel free to reach out to any of the team members through the team page!
Community Events & Volunteering
ViTAL wants to ensure that we stay true to our mission of being an interdisciplinary organization supporting students who have an interest in the different paths available in healthcare. To do so, we provide opportunities to learn from each other and the greater Boston community.
Volunteering
In an effort to give back to the greater Boston community, we host various volunteering opportunities. Given COVID-19, we have both online and in-person opportunities and we welcome our students to take part in whatever capacity they are able to. In the past, we have partnered with Rosie’s Place for a virtual food drive, as well as with About Fresh, to help bring fresh food to the communities that need it the most. Email us for the most recent opportunities available or check out our Get Involved page!
Coffee Chats
On ViTAL’s Slack, you will have the opportunity to be randomly paired with other ViTAL members to network and connect about everyone’s unique journeys in healthcare. It is a great way to meet other students and learn more about how to enrich your own healthcare journey.
Conferences
ViTAL provides a space for students to explore events in the Boston area together. Boston is widely hailed as a hub for healthcare innovation, including but not limited to life sciences and digital health. While COVID-19 has put a pause on in-person conference opportunities, join our Slack and Newsletter to learn more about upcoming Northeastern organization conferences, and get discount codes to prominent conferences that are still taking place online.
